What is the KTL-privacy Mark ? Korea Testing Laboratory (KTL) operates the KTL-mark, which is its own certification mark. The KTL-mark evaluates software products, systems, and services according to the standards set by KTL for each field, and when it satisfies the standard, it gives the KTL-mark certificate. The KTL-Privacy Mark tests whether a software-product/system/web-sites provides privacy protection according to the Privacy Act, and if so, the KTL-Privacy Mark certificate is granted.The software product that acquired the KTL-Privacy mark is a product that handles personal information and meets all the privacy-related requirements required by the Privacy Act.
